The Link to Implement E-Gov Initiatives
The E-Gov Act of 2002 formalized
Federal initiatives for a more effective and efficient
government. The concept of E-Gov is designed to improve
how the Federal government operates. One of the overarching
benefits of E-Gov is improved communication across and
throughout Federal agencies.
All too often the tools and solutions that help government
to be more effective are used only in small pockets or
inconsistently. E-Gov gives structure to the idea that
agencies should learn from each other and take advantage
of standard tools and processes. The result of this government-wide
view is a reduction in redundant investment, development
and maintenance costs, and facilitating quicker deployment
of solutions.
At mLINQS we recognize the challenges agencies face as
they work to adopt E-Gov initiatives, tools and processes
without disrupting the business of government. With limited
resources, agencies must be disciplined in how they implement
E-Gov. Our experienced consultants understand E-Gov and
bring proven expertise to your E-Gov project.
