Gregory W. McIntyre
President

Greg McIntyre founded mLINQS in March 2003. As an experienced senior executive in government travel and expense management, he recognized an opportunity to provide services that would help Federal agencies to efficiently and cost-effectively implement the new eTravel initiative. Subsequently, the company’s success has enabled him to evolve its offerings to include a broad spectrum of professional services and software development tailored to the mission critical needs of government.

Prior to launching mLINQS, Mr. McIntyre served as Vice President of Public Sector Accounts for Gelco Information Network. He has also worked in the areas of program management, systems development and business process reengineering with American Management Systems, Techmatics, and Vector Research.

A former U.S. Army officer and Ranger, Greg McIntyre earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.  Following his military service, he earned a Master of Science in Operations Research from The George Washington University.



Bryan King
Director of Professional Services

Mr. King is responsible for strategic relationship management and coordination for the growing staff of mLINQS senior consultants. He accepted his current position after a highly productive, award winning six years as a Senior Sales Executive and Senior Product Consultant with the Federal Sales Division of Gelco Information Network.

His extensive experience includes working with the Department of Defense, civilian agencies, and government cost reimbursable contractors on travel and expense management implementations. Mr. King has also served as a consultant and software specialist for Techmatics and Wizdom Systems.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the College of Wooster, where he was graduated with honors.




John Ryan
Director

John is responsible for the company's relocation business unit. In this capacity, he leads sales for its moveLINQ government relocation expense management system, and manages product enhancements and strategies to market new relocation support services for federal agencies and private sector companies.

His more than 25 years experience in the public and private sector relocation, moving and storage industry includes positions as the executive vice president of RE/MAX Allegiance Relocation and concurrent service as president of Allegiance Worldwide Relocation before joining the mLINQS team. Previously, John held executive positions with Mayflower transit and Graebel Companies, and is founder of Acadian Moving and Storage.

John Ryan is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He also has earned designations as a real estate Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Residential Specialist .



Deborah A. Bicer
Director of Product Development

Ms. Bicer is the mLINQS senior executive charged with research and development of new technology designed to complement the company’s core service competencies. She joined mLINQS after working the previous four years as a successful software engineering consultant and developer whose practice focused on complex databases.

Previously, as a Subject Matter Expert and Project Leader in software engineering for Gelco Information Network, she managed high-level projects for public sector travel and expense management applications. Her experience also includes assignments as a programmer/analyst for MEI Software and American Management Systems.

Debbie Bicer is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, and is a member of Pi Mu Epsilon National Honorary Mathematics Society.



Michael J. Wong
Director of Project Management

In this position, Mike Wong is the senior member of the mLINQS team responsible for eTravel Systems lifecycle technical support in all environments.

Mr. Wong came to mLINQS from the MIL Corporation, where he was a Senior Travel Systems Consultant. His work was focused on worldwide implementation of a travel and expense management system for the State Department, as well as consultation services for the Social Security Administration, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. He has also served as a Senior Consultant for Gelco Information Network, and an Open Systems Specialist with Datametrics Systems.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
