The Link from Programs to Strategic Goals
In the Federal workspace, an agency's
goals and objectives are defined at the uppermost levels.
The challenges to align day-to-day programs with these
goals then fall to operational organizations.
mLINQS works with Federal organizations to ensure effective
program alignment. Further, we help them to establish
a path forward, enabling our Federal customers to propose
and develop programs that promote achieving management's
goals and objectives in the real world. In partnership,

- Examine critical management plans,
goals, and objectives
- Facilitate strategic planning
sessions with all partner stakeholders
- Define the partner's vision and
mission statement
- Align partner goals and objectives
with those of management
- Conduct a performance audit of
the partners’ recent accomplishments
- Perform a gap analysis between
the vision and the results of the performance audit
- Develop and implement an action
plan to close the gap between performance and objectives
