mLINQS Comprehensive Training
The Link to Successful Program Implementation and
Maintenance
mLINQS' training strategy is built upon our three
pronged approach to enabling students to absorb
materials: provide hands-on experience, strengthen
learning through repetition, and task loading.
- Hands-on experience: mLINQS
provides users with an operational functional
environment where they can individually and
collectively utilize they systems we train them on.
- Strengthen learning through
repetition: mLINQS provides multiple opportunities
throughout courses for participants to solidify
concept understanding through practicing
techniques repetitively..
- Task loading: mLINQS utilizes
task loading - adding additional steps and layers of
complexity to exercises throughout the course which
stretch the participants to learn to perform more
difficult tasks over time. This technique
keeps the participants engaged throughout the course
and expands their confidence in understanding the
system and in managing more complex utilization of
the system.
